Returns Policy

We understand that buying jewellery online can be difficult, therefore at McCalls Jewellery Ltd we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

Should you wish to return an item please contact us before doing so to ensure this can be done in a timely and effective manner. Email us at jewellery@mccalls.co.uk or call 01224 405 303 to confirm your return. This is important to ensure you are safe within the returns window if the postal service is slow or on strike.

We strongly recommend goods are returned using a secure and traceable shipping method with appropriate insurance as they remain your responsibility until they are received back to us. You can then either exchange the item for something else or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges).

The refund will be in the same form as the original payment. If paid via credit card, please allow a few days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds are issued only to the card used for the original transaction.

We do not accept liability for items returned to us that our lost or damaged in the post.

Please ensure all item/s are returned, unworn, in their original packaging.  If there is any sign of wear we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item(s) is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item(s) is faulty then we will refund your return postage costs. You will need to provide copies of receipts in order to receive a refund for postage charges

On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue you a refund within 10 working days. You will receive your refund via the original method of payment.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting customs directly.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
